Our telemedicine program uses video conferencing to connect you with healthcare team members in large medical centers in order to provide patient access to specialty care not available in the immediate area.
Through the use of cameras, microphones and TV monitors, your primary care physician can be linked to advanced medical specialists to allow a real-time interactive diagnostic consultation and follow-up care. With telemedicine, the patient and the specialist can see and hear one another to promote the line of communication. The specialist asks questions and carries out an exam just as if the patient were making a regular, in-person visit to the doctor. We also offer psychiatric services for children, adults and seniors.
