Val Verde Regional Medical Center would like to highlight two of our organization’s up and coming leaders.

(Left to Right) Judy Morales, RN represents some of the greatest qualities of a Gen Xer. She is our new Clinical Coordinator for SANE and Trauma in the Emergency Department. Judy has been with VVRMC for several years as a charge nurse in the ED. She exemplifies our core values of Trust, Accountability, Empowerment and Unity. She proudly represents Gen X as a self-sufficient, open minded, flexible and pragmatic woman. She is quick to adapt to change and accepting of all types of diversity. VVRMC is excited and fortunate to have Judy be part of our MVL.

Noemi Miranda, RN, BSN is our magnificent millennial. She has accepted the position as ED Nurse Manager. Noemi has been with us as a charge nurse for night shift and advanced Trauma Care Coordinator. She has also participated in the SANE program as a Certified SANE nurse. She has displayed excellent critical and clinical thinking skills in the time she has been with this organization and throughout her career. As a millennial, she embraces diversity, technology, ethical behavior, and has high expectations of herself and others. Noemi exemplifies the core values of Quality, Empowerment and Accountability.

We are very excited to have these two generations leading us into the future by embracing MVL and our core values.
