Pharmacy
The pharmacy department at Val Verde Regional Medical Center (VVRMC) is composed of two full-time pharmacists and five pharmacy technicians. It is an important link in the chain to wellness. Physicians write medication orders daily and they review each medication order to ensure it is safe and effective. Nurses use the “5 rights” when administering medications to patients.

The best care
The pharmacy department works with the
medical staff, nursing staff and administration to provide the
best care for all of its patients. In addition, the staff pharmacist
is available to answer any questions you may have during pharmacy hours.

- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
