Vicky Barnthouse, MSN
Chief Executive Officer
Vicky Barnthouse, MSN, is the CEO at Val Verde Regional Medical Center (VVRMC). She has nearly 20 years of nursing management experience, including work as a director of obstetrics/women's services, director of critical care and ICU nurse manager for Miami Valley Hospital, an 861-bed nonprofit, teaching, tertiary referral center in Dayton, Ohio. Barnthouse's other experience includes staff nursing and supervisory and management positions of increasing responsibility for Kettering Medical Center in Dayton.
Barnthouse earned her bachelor's degree from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a master's degree in nursing from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Mich.
Lisa Medovich, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Lisa Medovich is the CFO at VVRMC. She is an experienced leader in corporate finance, with a background of more than 20 years working with complex, multidimensional healthcare organizations, including public accounting where she was a senior manager in the Healthcare Practice at Ernst & Young, LLP. She collaborates with board members and VVRMC management on financial improvement and operational strategies. Medovich came to VVRMC most recently from ValleyCare Health System of Ohio and Forum Health, where her focus as CFO was driving and managing restructuring initiatives, revenue cycle improvements and acquisition due diligence.
Medovich earned her BA in Accounting from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of a number of professional organizations, as well as having filled leadership positions on various advisory boards and associations.
Keith Tucker, RN, MSN
Chief Nursing Officer
Keith Tucker, MSN is the Chief Nursing Officer at VVRMC. He has over sixteen years of nursing experience and twelve years of progressive leadership/management experience including Chief Nursing Executive at Barrow Regional Medical Center in Winder, Georgia. Other experience includes Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, Texas where he directly lead and was accountable for nursing services of the facility.
Tucker earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas and his Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing with specialization in Executive Leadership from Chicago, Illinois.Back to top
